- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 5-year product roadmaps
- Lead quarterly innovation workshops with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout emerging startups for acquisition
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling tools
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in tech or business publications
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
