Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across technology, sustainability, and socio-economic domains to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive shifts
- Author high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using AI-driven analytics
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and thought leadership conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation strategy at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
