Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration) and societal trends to inform 2026 strategic roadmap
- Develop future-proof business models and product roadmaps for next-gen consumer and enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author thought leadership reports and present to investors and industry boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation (articles, books, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-term strategic initiatives successfully implemented
