- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Translate future projections into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology trend analysis (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
