Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech), and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario models for industry disruption and competitive advantage strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Author executive briefings on exponential technologies and their market implications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives using predictive analytics and market simulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi methods)
- Experience developing market simulations or predictive models for complex systems
