Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental signals impacting future business landscapes
- Champion ethical foresight practices in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
