Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for biotech and space economy disruptions
- Design policy blueprints for autonomous infrastructure deployment
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit with Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Author white papers on metaverse governance and digital sovereignty
- Mentor emerging talent in foresight methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or tech R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work (e.g., scenario planning models)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience with UN SDG alignment and ESG frameworks
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Sustainable Development or Futures Research preferred
