Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Author high-impact trend reports published in FutureForward Journal and industry whitepapers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging challenges (quantum applications, neuro-interfaces)
- Mentor junior futurists and build external thought leadership networks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two disruption vectors: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
