- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis) and trend mapping
- Published work on AI governance, climate tech, or digital transformation
- Experience with quantum computing basics or synthetic biology concepts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and AI trend platforms
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) or design thinking
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
