Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for future disruptions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product development
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business Strategy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) strongly preferred
