Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders through compelling future narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or relevant innovation methodology preferred
