Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 innovation strategies by synthesizing global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic indicators
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture frontier research
- Design and implement future-state organizational capabilities and talent development frameworks
- Present visionary narratives to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Monitor emerging risks and disruptors across geopolitical, technological, and environmental domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps that drove $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical discipline
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight platforms
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
