Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends to develop 2026-forward strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Produce actionable reports on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Represent the company at global forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture within the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading high-impact, cross-continental innovation projects
