Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to forecast 2026 industry transformations
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level strategic briefings and influence high-stakes decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and sociological factors impacting future technology adoption
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or strategic frameworks
