Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across multiple industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product-roadmap and innovation strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive startups and emerging technologies
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation strategy, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
