- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with long-term future-state visions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer future-proof technologies
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking principles and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
