Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Proven track record of influencing executive decision-making with future insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
