As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations that will define 2026 and beyond. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment priorities, and organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports, scenario analyses, and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing solutions and long-term competitive positioning
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations with measurable impact
