Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion aligned with future paradigms
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with emerging technological frontiers
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive innovations and paradigm shifts
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) establishing our authority in future-tech discourse
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize investments in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Monitor regulatory evolutions and geopolitical impacts on emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech convergence
- Exceptional analytical modeling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Demonstrated success translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio showcasing published future-focused frameworks or scenario-planning outputs
- Strong cross-cultural communication with executive board experience
