- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year horizons

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio of published futurist analyses or tech roadmaps required
