- Produce actionable foresight reports and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Identify partnership opportunities and investment targets in emerging markets
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and systemic change methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Strong portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills and stakeholder management abilities
