Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption curves and market disruptions through 2030
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing breakthroughs
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic variables impacting 2026+ industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, government, and industry futurist networks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic forecasting models
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures projects with measurable outcomes
