Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological trends through 2026 across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Create scenario-based models for technological disruption impact on our industry
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology planning
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
