Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
- Present quarterly foresight briefings to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
