Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps aligning innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic insights into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives' effectiveness, iterating approaches based on real-world feedback
- Author thought leadership content positioning FutureVision Labs as the authority on future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Economics, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and other emerging technologies' societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating futuristic thinking (published articles, patents, or implemented innovations)
