Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through immersive data storytelling sessions
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Pioneer proprietary foresight methodologies using proprietary TrendPulse AI platform
- Author quarterly 'FutureState Briefings' distributed to Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proficiency with trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary systems)
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience working with exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
