Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Anticipate societal shifts and regulatory impacts on technological evolution
- Curate future-focused thought leadership content and executive briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-gen technological deployment
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and guide decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technological disruption
