Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with R&D teams to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and tech summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published work on technological singularity or human-machine convergence
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, nanotech, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
