Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify 2026 opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product roadmaps and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite to align 2026 vision with R&D priorities and capital allocation
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption and disruption forecasting
- Author quarterly foresight reports with data-driven recommendations for board stakeholders
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic partners
- Translate complex futures into compelling narratives for internal teams and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience influencing C-level decisions through data-driven storytelling
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
