Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for AI integration, climate adaptation, and human-machine collaboration
- Design resilience frameworks for supply chains, workforce evolution, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with R&D to prioritize moonshot projects in quantum computing, bioengineering, and decentralized systems
- Deliver executive foresight briefings translating complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Champion ethical innovation governance across emerging tech domains
- Coordinate global futurist networks to accelerate knowledge exchange and trend validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling for long-range forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Technology Management
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with quantum computing and neuromorphic systems applications
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario-planning frameworks adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG integration in strategic planning
