- Mentor junior futurists on trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Harvard Business Review on tech disruption
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Exceptional data storytelling with Tableau/Power BI visualization skills
