Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term technological and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional development
