Qualifications

- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of scaling experimental technologies to commercial viability
- PhD in Computational Science, Cognitive Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
