Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration across product portfolios
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future visions
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation patterns
- Partner with R&D to prototype concepts addressing 2030 market needs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscape evolution
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional facilitation skills with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from trend-to-product pipeline execution
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global organizations
