- Develop scenario models for 2026+ market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for disruptive signals and opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with future-focused insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
