As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market positioning for the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to map disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future readiness initiatives
- Produce annual '2026 Vision Report' with actionable recommendations
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups and technologies for strategic partnerships
- Represent company at global foresight forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or frameworks
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
