Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision and growth objectives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders, translating complex technological concepts into compelling narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption across organizational functions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation incubation programs, from ideation to pilot implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field required
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences and global forums
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (e.g., TED Talks, industry journals)
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams and managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technological adoption
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
