Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year trend analysis across tech, social, and economic domains to inform 2026+ strategic vision
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon as the future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
