Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in aerospace, biotech, and energy sectors
- Conduct trend impact assessments using predictive modeling and data visualization
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive boards and innovation committees
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional global teams
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications and ethical AI governance
- Maintain competitive intelligence database and market disruption radar
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Mapping, Palisade @Risk)
