- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports translating foresight into actionable strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for future research
- Advise product development teams on long-term technological integration opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
