Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Analyze global tech patents, academic research, and startup ecosystems to forecast industry trajectories
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate futuristic concepts into product development lifecycles
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation task force focused on 2026+ capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or futurism roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, space tech)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or similar foresight methodology preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
