- Lead cross-functional initiatives in Web3, metaverse integration, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on global socioeconomic shifts and regulatory impacts
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a team of futurist analysts and innovation strategists
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disruptive strategies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, AGI, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist analyses or strategic frameworks
