- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for 2026 pilot programs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
