Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and next-gen computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech ecosystems
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist research team
- Monitor geopolitical and market shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in futurist/AI roles
- Proven track record of launching game-changing tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
