Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technological roadmaps for AI, biotech, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze quantum computing applications for enterprise scalability
- Partner with VCs to identify and incubate disruptive startups
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance for 2026+
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of scaling startups to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Futures Thinking methodologies (e.g., CTF)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
