Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead research initiatives in quantum AI and synthetic biology convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Caltech, and emerging tech startups
- Present disruptive tech forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Oversee implementation of emerging tech pilots in production environments
- Author thought leadership publications in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2026+ foresight track record
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or CRISPR tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience scaling tech innovations from lab to market ($100M+ impact)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation
