Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology foresight roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technological disruptions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Present innovation frameworks to investors, policymakers, and industry thought leaders
- Manage R&D pipeline from conceptual ideation to scalable implementation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products or research initiatives
