Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with MIT and Caltech partnerships
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AGI implementation
- Prototype zero-energy computing solutions for climate-positive tech ecosystems
- Present breakthrough concepts to Fortune 100 C-suite executives and UN technology councils
- Mentor quantum algorithm specialists and next-gen AI ethicists
- Secure $50M+ in R&D grants through NSF and Horizon Europe programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Systems Design (or equivalent disruptive portfolio)
- 7+ years experience scaling breakthrough technologies from lab to market
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI convergence or ethical AI frameworks
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and post-silicon computing architectures
- Proven track record of securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ethical tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and neuromorphic hardware programming
