As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll leverage predictive analytics, emerging tech trends, and human-centric design principles to develop actionable strategies that position us as industry leaders in 2026 and beyond. This role combines deep technical acumen with strategic foresight to shape products, services, and organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, and neurotech integration
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech disruption (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology predictions
