Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D portfolio and shape industry standards for the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems governance
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor junior futurists on emerging technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years at executive level
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech convergence, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products/services
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing $500M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
